How do I verify my email?
After signing up, check your email inbox for a verification link from Platmoji. Click the link to verify your account. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I generate an emoji?
Navigate to the home page and enter a text prompt describing the emoji you want to create. You can also upload an image to convert it into an emoji style. Click generate and wait for the AI to create your custom emoji.
Can I make my emojis private?
Yes! When viewing your emoji, click the public/private toggle button. Private emojis are only visible to you in your collections.
How do I report inappropriate content?
On any emoji page, click the "Report" button and select a reason. Our moderation team will review the report. We also use AI to automatically detect and flag inappropriate content.
Can I edit my emoji after creating it?
You can edit the caption of your emoji by clicking the "Edit Caption" button. The generated image itself cannot be modified, but you can always generate a new version.
How do I delete my account?
